I’m pleased to announce that our website redesign for PatientSafe Solutions has been named Best in Class in the Healthcare category of this quarter’s Interactive Media Awards!
What exactly does “Best in Class” mean? According to the IMA judging guidelines:
“The Best in Class award is the highest honor bestowed by the Interactive Media Council. The winner of this award has excelled in all areas of the judging criteria and achieved a perfect, or near perfect, overall score. This site represents the highest standards of professionalism, standards compliance and impeccable planning and execution. This is one of the world’s most well executed websites.”
Launched in February of this year, the reimagined PatientSafe Solutions website was designed to set the company and its products apart while mirroring the ease-of-use found in their intuitive PatientTouch™ device and Mobile Care Orchestration Platform™. The redesign needed to serve a wide variety of audiences, from senior hospital administrators and frontline nurses to CIOs and CFOs.
The company’s message is clearer than ever thanks to simplified navigation and a newfound emphasis on photography, screenshots, iconography and video. By developing the site as a customizable WordPress theme in tandem with a refresh of their social media properties, we helped establish a long-term, unified and measurable voice for PatientSafe Solutions and their commitment to transforming care delivery.
More than just a new coat of paint, the redesign increased traffic to all pages regardless of depth, significantly curbed bounce rates and greatly improved engagement via contact forms and scheduling tools. We love making websites, but we especially love when they’re measurably successful for clients and users alike.
Congratulations to all my colleagues in the WE Studio D® and Healthcare teams and thank you for such a fruitful collaboration.
