Over the years, Waggener Edstrom (WE) has worked with several clients during SXSW Interactive and seen the huge potential of interaction and connection through Twitter. Conversations that started at the popular conference can fuel intelligent ideas well into the future through the power of social media.

This is especially exciting as some of the brightest minds in education prepare to collaborate and discuss ways to catalyze change in the classroom at next week’s SXSWedu 2013 in Austin. WE has crunched the numbers^* and identified the top 12 Twitter handles to follow to get critical insights from SXSWedu and engage in the conversation happening at and around the event.

WE is grateful to work with innovators and thought leaders across all industries — and the education space is no exception. One of our nonprofit clients, inBloom, even made it onto the list not one, but two times.
